I am deeply saddened by the news of #GeorgeNkencho murder at the hands of An Garda Síochána: 12 guards, 5 bullets and 1 troubled Black young man in the throes of a mental health episode. It didnt need to happen that way. My sincere thoughts are with his family and friends. The Black Irish community are already organising in solidarity with his family and to bring justice for their son's death. Please donate via the link in my bio from @endsarsireland to the Nkencho family to cover funeral costs and sign petitions and join the social-distanced protest at the Spire in Dublin city centre if you can on Friday 1st January, 3pm.
Grateful to see the end of a very difficult year with my loved ones. Sadly, not everyone can say the same. The tragedy of #GeorgeNkencho death yesterday will not be forgotten. #justiceforgeorgenkencho
